Excellent Game

I’ve always liked Prince of Persia. To me it was just a better Assassin’s Creed. A bit edgier than the previous game, Sands of Time, but very fun to play while still having a good challenge.

Prince of Persia: Warrior Within

I bought this game as a gift for my son so he could complete his Prince of Peria set. He loves the game and how it fits into the serise. I on the other hand thought the some of the graphics were to much and I found myself saying " Put some more clothes on that girl." (Like I said I'm a mom) Not a game I would buy for young or senitive teens. It desirves its M rating. This one does not have the stroy flavor that both 1&3 have but does fill in the gap. Both my son and husband have enjoyed playing the game. I like the fact that it didn't seem to take months to finish the game.Read full review...

Everything that we wanted for Sands of Time

I told to my brother in law: if Sands of time have more combat techiques it will be great!
Then Warrior Within came to me and my thoughts bacame real!
WW have a lot a hit combinations!
A lot of weapons, special weapons and second weapons!
Brutal movements, and blood to everywhere!

The music is not more the "Calssic Persian Sounds", now a good rock (not light, not too heavy - perfect to me) But have 2 songs of the group Godsmack, I can´t not tell that I don´t like devilish music...

The story is "off the world" like: how the prince could chance his fate if every action leeds him to it? In other words: extremelly impressive and call our atention every time.

The Island is very big and interactive, you can (and have to) pass thru every scene more than a time (in present time or past time - thru time traveling).

The persons in the movie sequences are the best of the trilogy. Five stars to Graphic prodution. In the game no so much, but does not affect anything, what is important is the action, and hours of it.

Rewinding Time

Great game. My favorite and probably the best one out of the trilogy. Love the Prince of Persia series. Wish the remade or at least remastered them.

Awesome game

This game is one of the best action games that I have played. Warrior Within is the sequel to Prince of Persia: Sands of Time, and is the second part of a three game trilogy. The game continues the innovative controls that allow running along walls and continues the satisfying moves (jump attacks, slowing down time moves) for attacking your enemies. Stopping and rewinding time is an awesome feature that continues in this game from it's predecessor. The graphics and audio are also top notch for this generation with narration from the prince, and great cinmematics. Many of the boss battles are simply amazing. Game Review

Prince of Persia Warrior Within is an excellent game. It is a step up from the previous Prince of Persia game. I liked the new style of combat in this game. It really brings out the uniqueness in the Prince's fighting abilities. I love the rock music in the game, that's a nice touch. Overall, I wouldn't really change anything in this game. Prince of Persia: Warrior Within (PlayStation 2)

The game flow is very fast paced and almost every corner you turn you have to face creatures, traps, or the fortress falling apart. And the MOST heart pounding parts are when your running/jumping/swinging/dodging for your life from an shadow being.
The plot was so very detailed and flowed exceedingly well.
I will play this game at least 1 once every 3 months...it's just that good.Read full review...

Ourchase of Prince of Persia: Warrior Within for PS2

This game was an excellent sequel to the original Prince of Persia: Sands of Time. I was impressed by the additions that were made to the game play of this sequel and enjoyed the story line as well. I have just recently bought the third installment of the game series (Prince of Persia: two thrones)and am looking forward to playing it as well. Awesome game - match this with God of War, it's that good and came first!!

THIS IS BY-FAR THE BEST OUT OF THR TRILOGY OF GAMES FOR PRINCE OF PERSIA!! Honestly, the 3rd tries to duplicate scenarios from this one and they don't match up. Also, I'm kinda pissed that in the 3rd they totally disregard the ending for whatever reason but it messes it up because it ended the best way in the 2nd.
