Still waiting for a chapstick sized cam that has a USB tether to cam
Overall it does the job. I thought it would be a bit smaller but it works well considering the size of screen to playback. It will adjust to the direct sun just takes a second or 3. I like that it has two settings for sound so you can lower loud noise situations. Even though the remote doesn't work (bought it used) the button to record is easy to find with gloves on. I love that it runs on AA batteries. I have some rechargeables but my work gives regular ones out for free. Compared to retail and what most helmet cams cost I couldn't complain about $50!Read full review...
Action cam
Ok guys the atc5k is one of very few action cams that have a remote. (sweet!)
then we move to the fact that this is an SD internal storage cam others have external dvr and battery (usually bulky and of course have wires to the cam)
next is the fact that the atc5k is totally waterproof! (unlike most others)
last is the LCD screen saves time and ensures it's always in sight of all tha action!
and I love this cam, great movies that wouldn't have been posible if it wasn't for this cam!
Whether it's mountian biking or tubing down the river or even scuba diving this cam can handle any
adventure!
The only thing I would improve is stronger mounts (but I get a bit brutal sometimes)Read full review...
atc5k not only shock resistant its a shock proof!!!!!!!
yesterday when i have a speedtest on my rc nitro monster truck i accidentally hit my atc5k on high speed head-on, it throws more half court and slam on the wall i thought it was the end of my new action cam. it amazed me only a minor scratch was on it and still working. this piece of device works well. i have atc-1000 and atc2k it wont beat the atc5k! i wish the lens will be be replaceable and has IR for night mode.Read full review...

Awesome little video camera. Great quality. Had another one for another
bike and liked it so much we ordered a second one. Very handy to have on scenic rides. The 4GB chip makes it very simple to load on the computer and share with others. I highly recommend it.Read full review...
I wouldn't use it if it was given to me... technology is OUT OF DATE.
Hey, its a 0.3mp sensor, and its 32MB... not GB, MB... and they want $82 for this? maybe 8-10 years ago...
Mounting issues
The mount doesn't let you adjust up and down!!!! You can adjust side to side and twist but NO up and down!!!!!!
