Beware, item often malfunctions!

My first aeroccino worked great for just over a year and suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason just after the warranty ran out. Purchased a second unit offered at 50% off by Nespresso and 6 weeks later same thing!!! If any moisture gets into the unit while you are washing it, chances are it will stop working. Nespresso's suggestion was to turn the unit upsidedown for 48 hours to see if the unit would start up again!!!!At a cost of $125 (in Canada), this problem is not acceptable nor is the solution offered by Nespresso!Read full review...

Great idea, but stops working!

This is an excellent frother - so easy to use. But, after less than a year, it just stopped working for no reason. I was careful not to get it wet, but you do have to make sure to remove milk residue from the inside surface or it will burn during subsequent use. If you like a latte or cappucino, this is a great item. In about 45 seconds, it froths milk and warms it with the touch of a button. Just pour in the milk! Best part is easy clean-up.
