Very Good Smartphone

Mb860 is a very good smartphone.... font size is a bit small for us older guys.... web surfing via cell tower is excellent...even on ATT. Web surfing via wifi is also superb. This phone(4G) typically connects at twice the speed(about 8meg) of my Nokia E5(3G).....although I'm sure it would be much faster on a good Verizon signal.Read full review...

Phone not recommended

I bought four of these phones, one came defective. When researching on the Internet and fix the problem, I take great surprise, this phone comes with a factory default, the operating system is corrupted and there is only way to fix it, just changing the machine internet. This really is a big problem, so I recommend analyze or to anyone interested in this phone.Read full review...

Great phone, highly recommend ........

This is my second atrix cell phone. Liked the first one so much felt I had to have a second one. This one is used but works , so far, as advertised. Im not tech savy so it has features that take getting used to.Overall love the screen size, speech to text feature, wide array of apps, great camera with easy to email or text feature, nice sound, and just fun to use. Would recommend this phone to anyone who wants an android experience.Read full review...

Motorola phones are good investments, and quite durable, too!

Unlocked is the way to go. Just put my T-Mobile sim card in and was able to use phone. Please note: if you don't have a data plan, have your carrier block data BEFORE you put in sim card, otherwise you'll get charged. I have a WiFi Hotspot, so I use it or Hotspots in various locations when I need to have data. It's nice to have a bigger screen, and more features than my old Motorola V3t, and this way it costs the same, no contract. The 2 things I dislike are having to have a Google/Motoblur account to use contacts, and no ability to change font size on device without paying for an app. All in all, I'm really glad I got it.The battery life is outstanding. The phone is durable, and easy to hold w/silicon sleeve. Nice and loud ringer, and alerts, alarms, etc. And last, the camera takes really stellar pictures. It is totally amazing!!Read full review...

Hi-Res screen, below-res battery life for a great smartphone.

Review of Motorola Atrix 4G - by LeviateK LLC

This phone has a lot of really cool and innovative features, and even after rooting it and loading a custom ROM on it, the battery life is still not very good - maybe its a bad abttery cause I bought used, but no other smartphone I've had comes close to how fast this battery drains - I'll use it for maybe 100-200 txts during the day, plus 3 push email accounts and occasional web surfing/app downloading (daily free app from Amazon! w00t) and its at 30% by 5PM - never seen that in the last three phones I've had - iPhone 4, Dell Streak 5, and Samsung Focus - Focus I could get into the 2nd day on at 50% sometimes based on usage. - I'm sure I'm in the power-user category, but other devices have maintained better, all I'm saying. Otherwise its really nice - his-res screen, fingerprint scanner for security, GorillaGlass screen is scratch-resistant, coupled with Ballistic series case and all is secure. Would not buy new, great device used.Read full review...

Great phone for a great price, all you could want from a phone.

I bought this phone as a gift for my sister. I've always been fascinated by this phone, since it has some special features that you don't even find in the smartphones released today. It is obviously a bit older, but it still has an OK processor and display, compared to newer budget phones.

There is no stutter at all when operating the phone, and you can definitely tell that's it's of high quality when holding it. The fingerprint-reader is a nice feature that I enjoyed toying with, and the Micro HDMI is also nice.

The camera isn't that good, although it is an 8 mega pixels camera, but that's to be expected with an older, cheaper phone. Most phone cameras aren't good today, either.

The phone is a bit thick because of the battery being extra large, which is a trade-off most people can live with. This means that the phone lasts longer, but probably still not more than a day of heavy usage.

Because the phone is an older model, the Android version on it is only 2.3, and Motorola has confirmed that there will be no updates for it. Android 2.3 is not as user friendly as Android 4.1, and later versions, which means you'll have to get to know the odds and ends of Android 2.3 before you can use the phone to its fullest.

If you're thinking of getting an iPhone 4, or an Android for less than $150, this is the phone for you. It has all the features you want, and packs more punch than most.

Go for it! Atrix is totally worth it

This is one of the best smart phones on market undoubtedly. Better than Iphone by far. Screen size and resolution are perfect. Sports a dual core processor with impressive speeds. The finger sensor and webtop features are the coolest. You connect it to an HD tv using webtop and u essentially have turned it into a computer. Rooting the phone was a bit tedious (cuz im an amateur) but is essential to unlock its true potential. Battery life is kinda weak though. Maybe thats cuz I use it more than I should. And also this is a used phone on ebay. May be new phones have better battery power. Overall, I would recommend this product.Read full review...

Nice thing to have.

Nice toy for men...:) I bought it because my son told it's one of the best and because I got mad at my Nokia C5-03, especially at it's operating system Symbian - it was almost unbearable to use internet with it. The screen resolution on Motorola is the best I've ever seen on the phones, my son envies me because of it (he has some LG phone). Easy in use. Works really fast. A lot of free apps. The only thing which disappointed me is the battery (but what'd you await from the used one..). It doesn't keep charge a day even moderately used. I've bought a spare one on ebay and wait for delivery so I think this problem would be solved.Read full review...

Great phone for price. Worth a buy

Although this phone is older and only comes with the Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, it still works great. Bars are usually full, so no struggling to get a signal and screens transition quite smoothly. The phone does tend to heat up when under heavy workload and rarely ever freezes when under pressure. Battery life is quite good and I have spent the entire day playing music on it before running dead. The Motoblur account helps save and recover personal information so no need to worry about loss of contacts and alike. Screen is small however, but the storage space it comes with is great. Setting up the 4G data settings if needed is a bit of a pain, but works great once you finish, speeds are not as fast as current phones though. Still no complaints. I would definitely recommend this phone.Read full review...

The Motorola Atrix 4g smartphone is an excellent product for a great price.

The Atrix definitely stands out among the best in high end phones. The unit is packed with feauters like Excellent screen 4" with 16 Million colors, very fast processor 1 GHz,smart dialing and picture contact id from callers in your contact. The design is great light weight and easy to carry around. It's very easy to use,no hassle at all. If you buy this product you would not be disappointed. On the down side battery life is poor especially with WiFi,the phone is very slippery and extreme care must be taken when handling to avoid dropping. The power button could have been better placed. In conclusion the Atrix is an excellent product, for a great price that function well,it definitely own it's place among the top high end phones.Read full review...
