Wow! Bought this for the office and it makes perfect coffee!

Boss says we are wasting coffee and time using our 12-cup Krups...Staff and the boss drink coffee ALL DAY LONG....this coffee urn is such a simple percolating appliance, but everyone raves about how good the coffee is.

Surprisingly light (before you fill it with 60 cups of water) but looks very pretty in the break room with it's shiny stainless steel body, all you have to do is plug it in, no fancy buttons, the indicator at front of the machine tells you how much coffee is remaining, and, though it takes close to an hour for a full brew of 60 cups - it's worth it in terms of saving the time and effort of making 5 pots of coffee a day.

Large Coffee Urn

I bought this urn for my Unitarian Fellowship Congregation. We have used the Hamilton Beach urns previously and they work fine. Make a good cup of coffee.
The congregation needs four urns of coffee (regular and decaf) and one of hot water every Sunday. We have used every urn on the market and the HB ones hold up for a longer period than the others. I guess my philosophy is that they all burn out in a year or two so I might as well buy them cheaper on EBay and when they are done -they are done, throw them in the trash. It is not a philosophy I am totally happy with and I don't think it makes eco sense, but I do take them to the recycling center and these are fine for that purpose. I keep seven or eight working ones going all the time since they don't warn when they are going to burn out. Hamilton Beach Percolater

I bought this for our office of 130 employees. It's just so beautiful & easy to use. The only draw back is that it takes forever to percolate, but this maybe be a part that needs replacing. I rated this Hamilton Beach Commercial Coffee Maker as excellent, because parts wear out and the outside & inside quality of the product is #1. It's just Gorgeous! Great coffee maker

Great looking coffee percolator, but most important is it perks well, and makes a nice brew of piping hot coffee, and keeps it hot !!!!

Missing parts and doesnt work AT ALL!! DOES NOTHING!

Did not function AT ALL! The stem to perk and hold up basket wasnt in the pakage. wouldnt even warm up!! Did not do ANYTHING! Did not work at all.. Had to return it! Pretty though !
