Colors not nearly as crisp as they should be

I love the printer. However, I am having one particular problem.

This printer is fantastic. However, because HP is no longer producing this model (Color LaserJet CP2025), I found that the drivers are not compatible with Windows 8 or 10. So that, everything is printed in black and white. Nothing is printed in color. I have tried to get around this problem many ways, including speaking to a representative at HP. What I need are drivers that will be compatible with Windows 8 and 10. If I could get that, I would be in heaven, because this printer is awesome.Read full review...

great printer - expensive toner

Very nice color laser printer - can be difficult to set up to work with Window 7, as it doesn't include a driver for that. If you haven't had an HP before, it should work automatically with the drivers Windows finds, if not (as in my case)you might need to delete all of the previous drivers and then install it. The toner cartridges are expensive - it is cheaper to buy a new printer than to buy all 4 toners and donate the old one to charity....(which is what I did this time).Read full review...
