You can't go wrong with Epson
Had an Epson Stylus Color 800 for over 10 years, which I used for a business, and it finally wore out without a days worth of problems. I am still running Windows 98 so going to the retail stores for a new printer was not an option. This Epson Stylus 760 was like new and is printing sharp, clear documents & photos. It's so easy to use and is smaller and quieter than my 800. This model is running beautifully on generic ink where my 800 was a bit fussy. I would highly reccomend Epson...their website and support are the best!!!Read full review...
Epson Stylus 760 a reliable printer
I just have to say that I have had my Epson Stylus 760 color printer for over 8 years now and it is still performing well. I have had no major problems with it - all I've had to do is change the ink cartridges. I received this printer new as a present - it is probably not available new anymore, but if you find a used one cheap I would recommend that you pick it up. The only problem that I have had with it is sometimes ink gets on the rollers and ends up making a series of black marks on the paper. I don't know why this happens, but the rollers can be cleaned off; they usually clean themselves off after printing a couple pages.Read full review...

I like the the Epson and Canon printers,but I have been extremely disappointed that the last few printers that I have been purchasing from Ebay has been junk and has been a waste and lost of money.
