Very good game worth the price.

Hi everyone I've been a fan of Digimon for a LONG time, in fact i've seen it from season 1 to 4 and loved it! I looked into this game cause i wondered hmm a Digimon game where your team fights for gold sounds fun! And I wasn't disappointed, it's a very fun addictive game and I love the fact you care for your friends like in the first Digimon game for PS1, however keeping track of when the tournament events happen is hard and you may miss them alot like I've been. But that means you can train more so not all bad. Compared to other Digimon games I have (Digimon world 3 and 4) I'd say this is just as good as 3 and deffinately better than 4. It may not have all the evolutions I'd like and you can't directly control what your teams do and sometimes the battles may feel like re-runs but it's ok to watch them take what you've given them to try and win for you...it feels great when they win and look so happy! So if you want a nice Digital monster game give it a look at youtube maybe you'll become the next Digimon champion?Read full review...

Glorified tamagotchi, but its a fun way to kill time.

I bought this game because i'm a big digimon fan and really enjoyed the digimon story games. while this game is a big departure from the digimon story games, it is very reminiscent of the original tamagotchi virtual pets. your only true function in the game is to raise the digimon and maintain their health. you don't actually get to control the digimon as they fight like in the other digimon games. if you can get past the feeling like a cheerleader for your digimon as it runs around on the little screen, then this is actually a pretty enjoyable little game wherein which you can experiment with different evolutions. it really is a glorified tamagotchi though.Read full review...

neopets digimon style

this game reminds me of this keychain i had as a kid that was neopets game, in this game you care for your digimon: feed them, clean their waste, catch new ones, and enter them in battle. this is not a great game as it gets very repetitious. you dont get to battle, nor choose the attacks in battle, but you watch your digimon attack, when they feel like it. no polygon graphics 2d the entire way. pretty easy to beat.Read full review...
