Serendipity on this one. We'd just run across a Sherlock Holmes style,
double bill Deer-Hunter cap, so when our grandson visited he was able to wear the same cap as the Mouse detective!

This is an awesome Disney classic.

I saw this movie in the theaters years ago, and I had the feeling my young son would enjoy it too. He has all the Pixar movies, but still asks to watch this one over and over. The voice talent and the music (Henry Mancini) all work together to create a real feeling of 1890s London. I can't recommend this movie highly enough.Read full review...

The Great Mouse Detective

I haven't received the product yet but it looked in good shape. My young sister fell in love with this movie when she was about 3 years old. Now, being 7 years old she has lost the VHS and I found the DVD for a christmas present. I'm just so glad to see that older adults still have some good taste with movies.Read full review...
