What other word would be more befitting for this handy little computer then excellent? It successfully matches comfort with design and raw performance. And it also doesn't spend any time trying to reinvent the wheel. It works just like you'd expect it too straight out of the box! Performance wise this machine has seen better days. Whilst there's nothing wrong with the hardware per se. There's nothing really striking about it either. My unit has a perfectly average i5-4300u clocked at a respectable 1.9GHz with it turboing to a comfortable ~2.5GHz. A solid performer both as a daily companion and small time, low-end gamer. It certainly handles games although the selection of available once might appear lackluster. I've stuck to playing rather simplistic strategy games or the occasional driving game or two. All of which have ran at a perfectly average ~30 - 45 frames. Whilst you'd be hard pressed to run any triple A titles on it, this little machine is certainly capable of playing the occasionally less demanding games. Browsing is an absolute joy. With splendid color reproduction on my gorgeous IPS display I'd be surprised to see anything this good at such a low price. My model does lack the high resolution touchscreen alternative display but comes equiped with a fingerprint reader instead. One that works somewhat poorly and is often not able to distinguish my fingerprint even after multiple attempts. It's somewhat of a gimmicky feature that sadly lacks the precision to be used instead of the now dreaded password (or in my case PIN-code.)
