Great for blind grandpa
Got this for almost-deaf and legally-blind dad. It's plenty loud. He can find the family contact buttons by touch, and he needed a phone in the TV room to call for help.

Best price and same quality as CVS
My spouse suspected outdated stock, but it was nowhere close.
As product title says, expect damaged packaging, but internal seals were intact. I take this everyday and would suffer if it did not work as usual.
