Jennifer Kries New Body Ballet DVD
1 of 1 found this helpful Easy to follow with nice music that's not distracting. An easy one to get started on a fitness routine and then when fitness level improves, move to the next level on the DVD. She's easy to understand and doesn't make it to complicated! She can bring out the "inner dancer" in all of us! I recommend this DVD, especially for someone just starting a fitness workout because you are working all area's but not to complicated that you'll soon give up. And you and move up the scale and increase the challenge when you're ready.

Easy to follow-do all or part
1 of 1 found this helpful This DVD contains: a warm up, 3 different low impact workout and a cool down. Plus some extra stuff like a meditation. You can do the warm up and just one work out or all three. She had people of different sizes and ages, thank goodness! And all with a small live band!
