He then told me he had just got Covid and proceeded to make me wait 2 weeks for him to recover. I live nearby and was willing to pick up the item. He decided that the postage would be too expensive and he refused to meet me at a nearby Lowes. After waiting 2 weeks his last communication informed me he still wasn't better and proceeded to give a indefinite period of time he would need to recover. At that point I got my money back

HAVE NO BALANCE!!!!!!
Made riding a bike easy with help of rear motors and stabilizer wheel
Wheels are 16in and add a lot of stability to the bike
