Use it once and you're hooked.
Incredible quality! I was actually going to take two meatloaf pans nested with holes drilled in one to allow the grease to drop through. Then I spotted this. There is no downside to this meatloaf pan. Just be careful not to scratch the pan coating and it will stay non-stick for years. I usually make two loaves at a time, so I shall purchase another without hesitation. No more meatloaf swimming in grease!

Amazing Quality and Value
I really did my homework before deciding on this cuisinart knife set. I was not disappointed. The quality and workmanship is beyond reproach. No junk here! The full tang handles give these knives great balance. Of all of the knives available, these are the only three that are needed to accomplish most any kitchen task. A Santoku knife would completely round out this set, but not absolutely necessary. My recommendations would be to never put any quality knife in the dishwasher and invest in a good quality diamond steel to hone the edge prior to and after each use. These knives actually came with a heavy duty plastic scabbard for each knife to not only protect the blade edge from damage in a drawer, but protect your fingers from the edge. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this knife set.

1 of 1 found this helpful Exceptionally well made - no junk here! Juice groove one side as pictured, flip side without. I'd highly recommend any of the VonShef products. I have a number of their products, from potato ricer to this cutting board. I have yet to be disappointed. Cheap bamboo products often have splinters, poor joinery and bad finish. Not here! This cutting board is a winner in my pervue.
