  Seller listed item by manufacturer's model number and UPC code, but what arrived was counterfeit. Seller admitted item was not genuine, said "it is not my fault you thought it was a real" and refused refund. Brought eBay in, they lowered the boom, seller refunded full amount WITHOUT a shipping label WHICH THEY REQUIRE. eBay support says I’m free to dispose of item but hoped seller would supply a shipping label via other means. Last contact from seller was threat to report me to local police.

  Buyer also threatened me in his own words (Oh ye of 10 feedbacks. You're caught up in eBay's many requirements for sellers which is beyond your control. Something you really should have acquainted yourself with before posting items for sale. This isn't Craigslist, stick). Go ahead and blow off the shipping label and see what happens. He was also rude even after I gave him a full refund and I told him that eBay didn't give me an option for a return label. i hope nobody has to deal with guy.
