Fixed the voltage
Installed on a 1987 Merc 90hp with only 220hrs. Motor looks and runs like new, but the unregulated charging system did not agree with my newer electronics - Raymarine.
Old rectifier worked fine but voltage could rise to close to 16volts at hi rpm for long runs. New regulated rectifier works great and holds volts to around 14.5-14.8. I've only had the regulated rectifier installed for about 20hrs so I'm not sure how long it will last, but for now I'm very pleased, the unit works as advertised - Big thanks to CDI for making such nice products. High recommend this product. Bluesthing in Sacramento Ca.

Can't be beat
Used Perfection Plus before, it's the best, if you can afford it.
Lest long, good UV protection. Did all the teak on my Whaler. Better then new.
