Slightly disappointed with this filter
I bought this Kood 62mm circular polariser filter on cost grounds as Hoya charge a lot more for this filter. But it isn't as good as a Hoya. It doesn't give the results I would normally expect from a polariser and isn't as well made.

Excellent manual focus film slr camera!
Having used Minolta autofocus SLR cameras and now Sony digital slr cameras I thought it would be nice to also add some Minolta manual focus slr equipment to my collection.
I am glad I bought this Minolta XG-M manual focus slr camera body. They are beautifully made, built to last unlike today`s plastic jobs!
It is an aperture priority camera but with option for full manual operation. It boasts depth of field preview and exposure compensation. Everything is just right about this camera with all the controls being in the right place and being nicely balanced. I have also bought a collection of prime Minolta MD lenses from eBay to go with this camera body. They make for an excellent manual focus film slr kit for either students or experienced photographers who still have an interest in film photography.
I tend to use this kit for black and white film photography which is great fun!
