comprehensive view of the 90 minute Bikram Hot Yoga series
This is the very first book Bikram released detailing his legendary Hot Yoga sequence. It is a detailed explanation of each pose with benefits and typical pitfalls of each pose. Bikram's personality comes through in the short intro chapters to each pose as does his desire to help people (and yes, his ego). If you're a child of the 70s you'll love all the pictures of stars doing his yoga (Justine Bateman, Jeff Bridges, Ruth Buzzi, etc.). I am a longtime Bikram yogi and I got some new information out of it-especially which poses benefit which bodily system.

Why did Oakley discontinue??
