  Stein arrived with damaged thumblift canted 30 degrees off center and plastic/ceramic broken off. Seller made “custom” box by taping two smaller boxes together. Unfortunately, final box turned out to be 2” short. Seller decided to ship anyway with “This side up!” messages, but box was obviously dropped on its top. Seller should instead have purchased an authentic box that was actually large enough for the stein. Now I have to try and repair it. Other than that the rest of it was well wrapped.
