Outstanding Macro Lens
2 of 2 found this helpful The best thing about this camera is its macro lens. We use it to document samples at my lab when just a quick image is needed before putting the sample under a microscope. It is a feature that is no longer offered in digital cameras as far as I know. The other features also work well but they are duplicated in many other cameras including the newer Sony models. Attached pictures have been reduced in size in order to upload easily but they give a good idea of the zoom capabilities of this camera.

A Must Have for Microscopists!
Great book for every microscopist. Hard to find but should be in every microscopy labs library.
