Germanium or Silicon?
2 of 3 found this helpful Received in a timely matter. I suspect these are SILICON Schottky diodes, not Germanium. The forward voltage drop is very similar to Geranium and can be mistaken for them. I can't check the other parameters where the difference would be noticeable. Geranium diodes are normally black striped unless they are Russian as they used other color stripes. If you have a circuit that has to have all germanium parameters I wouldn't use these. If you only need the forward voltage drop to be the same then these would work.
