Nice bright bulb, standard size, dims well with SCR dimmer
This is a nice bright bulb and compares favorably in intensity and efficiency to LED bulbs marketed under the GE brand name. Dimming performance is very reasonable and is comparable to dimmable CF bulbs, but does not have the full range of a tungsten filament bulb. The size and shape is comparable to a standard tungsten bulb, so it will fit all fixtures correctly. Be aware that LED bulbs need free air circulation for adequate heat dissipation, so use these in open fixtures only for best longevity. Overheating will greatly shorten the service life of any semiconductor device. The price is on the premium side, which is why I gave it only 4 stars. I will make comparisons later to similar but lower priced items. For now, it is a very good fit for my requirements, which are: 100 W equivalent output, dimmable, and tungsten bulb form factor. I am using it in a ceiling fixture which is difficult to access for lamp replacement. Since I expect to never have to replace the bulbs in this fixture, I am accepting the premium price for the convenience. This is the reason that many luminares are now using LED, to save on servicing costs, not for energy savings.

Works fine
Works fine. Connected easily with vehicle TPMS using instrument panel controlled reset function (2008 Chevy Silverado). Best price that I found with ebay search.

Good quality, but #0 Philips head
1 of 1 found this helpful These are good quality screws, accurately machined. The one thing that I noticed is that the driver socket is #0 Philips instead of the more typical #1 Philips for this style of screw as used in most notebook computers. The #0 Philips driver bit is a tight and accurate fit in the screw head and the screw will stay in place on the bit.
