Paper
Does not have good wicking ability. This is a paper product that just does not have the ability to wick the water for the fan to distribute.

Don't waste your money.
The seal was broken on the bottle. White powder was everywhere in the bottle. The capsules looked like they were filled on someones kitchen table. The bottle state "1000 mg 200 capsules" when in reality you have to take TWO capsules to reach 1000 mg. They did immediately refund my money though when I brought this to their attention.
