Then it was not in a new condition. The discs were scratched, the case was damaged. Raised a return to which it took the seller several days to respond. Then they send a label which isn't tracked for a return. They are now resisting refunding so ebay will step in. Avoid this seller.

Cheap and cheerful
I have just bought and fitted this filter. I can't speak for how long it will last, but it is paper and much less robust than a material filter. At the price, which is cheap, it is worth a trial. If it only last a year before starting to smell, then I might go up market.

Economy cycle carrier
I found fitting the rack to my roof rails a bit fiddly, and I found that unless the two front securing nuts were very tight, the front cross piece shifted and the bike leaned over. However it does the job, and I didn't lose the bike.

Good but....
These are ridiculously cheap, but I need to point out that one of the bulbs was broken. I did point it out (maybe a packaging issue) but got no response. "Is it good quality" is hard to say until I get an impression of the life of the bulbs. The two I used are working.
