Not the as advertised but works.
It is a different charger with an attachment. NOT shown in picture. It is not the correct voltage for the Skill electric scissors as implied. but works in the end. I just do not like deception on any level. No Because of the lack of transparency I would not recommend to anyone. The scissors are rated for a 3 volt charger this is a 6 volt charger. Not sure if that is dangerous or not but be careful to not leave past charged time.
