Not great, but works
I bought this as it's similar to one my aunt had, but there's one major difference I'm knocking two stars off for. On my aunt's, the strap that holds the bike was independent of the "saddle" that the bike rests in. So you could swing the strap out of the way to put a bike on the inner saddles. But the main drawback to this new (or older?) design with the strap and saddle being one piece is that the saddle is not locked into place like my aunt's was. So if you put a bike on the outer saddles it will slide down the rack, and your pedals can end up banging on the bumper or trunk causing scratches.
My solution was to drill a hole just behind the saddle and stick a shower curtain ring through it, though a cotter or clevis pin might look a little more professional. So with one small mod it's a decent rack for the price, and certainly better than the $150 my LBS wanted for their rack.
