1 of 2 found this helpful The quality is very good. I'm rating this at 4 because the rubbery backing of the fabric creates a lot of noise when one moves around on it. So, in my case I purchased this for use in retreats with a thick RV bunk pad to go on top. It was comfortable enough, but disturbed others when shifting position... I bought two of these and not sure I'll keep them...

LOVE it!
This was such a great investment! There are so many great reasons to get it, above all--clear, delicious, simple ingredient recipes. Liz ha even made chia pudding so much simpler and quicker than other recipes. The Cauliflower Soup is awesome.
Just making this so much fun, and I am not hungry!!! I totally recommend this book! I doubt you could regret it! Don't hesitate to make this your go-to!
