  The item is what we expected and is a hit with our 5 year old granddaughter. Unfortunately the post office managed to send the item from Pennsylvania to Virginia to North Carolina and then back to Virginia. It added days to get here. On top of that the outer box came with a large hole in it and another tear on the Playmobile box which was a bit of a bummer since I keep all of our Playmobile boxes. This was not the sender's fault - definitely a USPS problem. See photos below.
