US law?
The hammer seems to be perfect for it's purpose, rock picking. I haven't tested yet.
However, it says on it's side "this tool may chip when struck against rocks"...this doesn't seem to make much sense considering it's a geological hammer. My hypothesis is that it is a condition of the US law to avoid suing. I'm not american so I don't know how this works.
If there is anyone from the US that could help me on this matter I would be grateful.
