  Seller offered free 2 day shipping and tracking. Item paid for, but never shipped. Tried to contact seller, but never communicated back . EBAY had to resolve the dispute 15 days later after seller could not show proof item was shipped. Would never buy from seller again.

  Item was new, color was correct, and interior was as described but outward appearance was not as portrayed (it has a picture display pocket for the front of the album, not a tree as depicted in photo). Item was also listed with 2-day shipping but arrived over a week after item was shipped. Still decent value for price paid and relatively good quality of item received, even if it wasn't the exact photo album I ordered.
