Viewing your invoice

Your invoice summarizes all your monthly selling activity. It shows payments you've made, selling fees, discounts, any refunds or credits applied to your account during the billing cycle, and recoupment charges.

Starting July 1, 2019, the Good 'Til Canceled renewal schedule will change from every 30 days to once per calendar month. The new monthly renewal date will be based on the listing start date.

We’re making this change to make it easier for sellers to align with monthly billing cycles and promotions. See our spring Marketplace Update - opens in new window or tab for more details.

If you'd like more information about your monthly fees, discounts or credits, you can view those details on your eBay invoice. Here's how:

  1. Sign in - opens in new window or tab to your account.
  2. Hover over your username at the top of the page and select Account settings.
  3. From the Invoices dropdown menu, select the monthly invoice you're looking for, then select Go. Your invoice will appear in a new window.
  4. From your invoice, you'll see links to print or download.

If you have a question about one of the charges, go to your Account activity - opens in new window or tab, scroll to the bottom of the page, and select the tab for the details you'd like to see: Fees, Credits, Payments & refunds or Promotional savings.

Fees or credits added since your invoice was created won't show up until the following month. If the amount due is more than $1.00, the balance is automatically deducted from the automatic payment method you have on file.
