An Overview of the Rust Pink Jordan 3 Sneakers

When you search for Rust Pink Nike sneakers on eBay, you'll find yourself with several options. Over the past several decades, Nike has worked pink into many of its Jordans, including several versions of the Jordan 1 and the Jordan 3. If you appreciate graphic patterns, you might like the style that the elephant print adds to the Jordan 3 Rust Pink.

Like other Jordan 3s, its heel and toe area showcase this elephant print pattern. The Air Jordan 3 first came out in 1988 and was the first Jordan model developed by Tinker Hatfield. These shoes were notable since they were the first to display Jumpman logos on their tongues. More off-white can be found on the collar, on some of the eyelets, in part of the upper around the eyelets, and on the laces. The off-white tongue's bright pink embroidered Jumpman logo matches the bright pink eyelets at the top and bottom of the throat. You'll see more bright pink in the rear section of the midsole. In contrast, a softer pink thread has been used to embroider the Jumpman logo and the word "AIR" on the back of the heel. Above that logo, there are five horizontal lines molded into the heel tab. As people are taking these shoes on or off, these molded lines can help with grip.

The bottom of the shoe showcases a translucent white outsole. Within the outsole, the word "Jordan" is apparent, as it's incorporated in a bright pink color. There's also a bright pink section of the outsole underneath the toe. It has concentric circles on it, reminiscent of the traction pattern seen in the original Jordan 1s.

Another Pink Jordan 3 Option

The Jordan 3 Retro Neapolitan puts a twist on the Rust Pink Jordan 3. Instead of having a mostly pink upper, the Neapolitan has a mostly white tumbled leather upper. The area under the collar and around the laces consists of perforated white leather. Additionally, its elephant print showcases black and brown hues. The Neapolitan, which hit retailers in May of 2022, has a brown Jumpman on its heel. You'll find a very light shade of pink on the heel section of the polyurethane midsole, and more light pink has been used for the lower eyelets and the embroidered Jumpman logo on the tongue. The highest pair of eyelets is a Darker Grey, offering some contrast to the light upper. The rest of the midsole is a shade of off-white. That same off-white hue is incorporated into the outsole, and so are brown and light pink colors.
