The seller was very easy to work with. I miss read the add and it turned out to be the wrong Rod for my application! I requested to return the part and with NO problems or hassles at all the seller sent me a return UPS Shipping label FREE! I received my order fast and it was as advertised. The product is fairly priced. I had a very minor issue with the product (not the seller's fault) and their customer service was top-notch. My issue was handled without any trouble and with excellent communication. I'd recommend them and I'd buy from them again.
