I have contacted this seller 2 times about not receiving the 2 parts that are shown in the diagram. I received 1 part of a 2 part sealed bag that has 1 of the parts stold out of the bad and this seller is selling them individually which is not what is being shown. The parts were package by Ford with 2 parts per bag because 2 parts are used in the vehicle to support the shifter tube. I won't not recommend using this seller.

We sent you a message with a highlighted copy of the listing on the part you ordered clearly showing that these are "PRICED AND SOLD INDIVIDUALLY - ORDER AS NEEDED" Many small parts and hardware pieces come in multipacks but we make it as clear as possible that they are not being sold in a packs.
