Wonderful surprise to have the refund even before the item was received. Very seldom have I had the experience of such an honest and caring seller. Not only refunded the cost of the item, but also the back shipment, as the shipper readily admitted an error on the part of the company with respect to the item description, texting to ask me to get in contact with, and explaining the reason for the impasse. I could not have asked for better customer service that the one I received from this seller.
