Perfect fit although I was expecting four lower brackets like the factory grill. Two brackets are supplied and is sturdy with the two brackets so four probably not necessary.

Purchased one of these grills 15 years ago, so I was due for a new one. I liked how they got rid of the zip ties that were holding the bottom clips on and now use screws.

This later model grill fit perfectly on my 2001 F350. It came with the factory Ford emblem as well, I recommend this seller for this product. I've saw so many reviews for other similar grill that people SETTLED for and either had to cut more or there were large gaps on the side. The company making the mod to this grill does an excellent job and is a perfect fit. If you are looking for a grill, stop looking and buy this one, you will be glad you did.
