Seller was very responsive and shipped item quickly although packing was not thorough at all. The tail gate had a bottom corner dinged and chipped during shipping I assume because I believe it would have been seen in the picture overall I’m just happy for the fair price and most of all the sellers responsiveness to questions and concerns thanks guys even though I hope not to ever have to do this again if I do I’d definitely like to use you guys again.

Wrong item, did not match description (even matched VIN numbers from listing to mine). Seller did everything to make the situation right and refunded very quickly. Would recommend this seller for great prices and warranty. Be careful with listing descriptions as they don’t always match pictures. Will purchase from seller again even though the purchase didn’t work for me this time. Seller communication is great. Shipping is very quick.

Excellent communication. Had to coordinate delivery with transportation directly and seller provided all the appropriate details to allow me to schedule the best time. Engine was packaged well and arrived in great shape. Have not yet installed as I had recent surgery but it looks as advertised. Great transaction and fast shipping overall.
