Check Out These New Air Max Shoes

Nike came out with the first Air Max shoe in 1987, and it was appropriately named the Air Max 1. The lead designer on the project, Tinker Hatfield, was a trained architect and had the idea to expose some of the inner components of the shoe. As a result, the visible Air window was created to give people a glimpse into the cushioning that the shoe offered. Over the decades, Nike has released many Air Max versions that you can find on eBay, including the Air Max 90 and Air Max 97. In more recent years, the company has designed retro models as well as brand new Nike Air Max 270s, Air Max 720s, and Air Max 2090s.

New Air Max 270s

There are several new Air Max 270 sneakers. This shoe was first made available in 2018, and in 2022, there were some key releases. One women's version is the WMNS Air Max White Lapis. It made its debut in August 2022, and it has small teal Nike Swooshes on its upper, in addition to a teal pull tab at the heel. The heel is a bright blue color, and the Air Max bubble is blue as well. The rest of the shoe is white, and perforations in the upper allow for more breathability.

Another new Air Max 270 is the White Hot Punch model, which came out in November 2022. This shoe has a white upper with black accents, a black heel panel, and a light red Air unit.

These Air Max 270 sneakers are considered to be lifestyle shoes. They have a considerable height to them, with heel stack heights of 32 millimeters. They feature neoprene-mesh uppers with Nike Hyperfuse overlays, and they come with neoprene inner linings.

Air Max 720s

The Air Max 720 is also a very tall shoe, having a heel height of 38 millimeters. The large air pocket contributes some of the added lift. The 720's supporting molds can give the shoe some structure. A wrap-around lacing system can work to keep the foot in place, and the plastic reinforcement on the toebox offers a little extra protection for the front of the foot.

Nike released this sneaker in February 2019, and it's available in a variety of designs. One option is the Bred, which has a black upper with red accents and red branding elements. It also comes with a translucent red Air unit. The Oreo has a black upper, too. Instead of red accents, it has white ones, and its black outsole is matched with a transparent black Air unit.

Nike Air Max 2090s

The Air Max 2090, launched in 2020, is a new, upgraded version of the Air Max 90. While it could be used as a running sneaker, it's considered to be more of a lifestyle shoe that can be worn everyday. You can see its Air unit and a molded rubber frame in the heel area, and the upper consists of a synthetic fabric. One distinct element is the cut out towards the top of the tongue, and at the heel, there's an extended pull tab.

There are many options for colorways, ranging from the Triple Black to the Photon Dust. The Photon Dust has a white leather mudguard and a semi-translucent upper with neon green accents.
