Better than a rebuild kit.
Haven't had the chance to install it yet,Too much snow out there,but it looks like a direct replacement and should be an easy job.Looks like a quality piece,and should last as long as U run premium gas through it.( no Ethanol)

Necessary tool for 02 sensor replacement
Wouldn't have been able to get at the #1 Bank 2 Sensor on a 2006 Durango since the engineers that designed it saw fit to put it on the back side of the converter instead of the front side where it would have been an easy job and would have served the same purpose.
