Great product, needs smaller diameter plastic washer.
0 of 2 found this helpful I purchased Grizzly G0771Z table saw with iron cast table and needed a tool for saw blade and fence alignment. There are 3 popular tools available, a Saw Gauge by Woodpeckers, Digital Aligner from I-Gauging, and A-Lign-It from In-line Industries.
I purchased Saw Gauge first, couldn’t get repeatable measurements, the whole concept of registering from miter slot bottom and lower edge from upper side of the miter slot is just like asking a dentist to fix your teeth via your ear, why so complex – returned. Miter slot key registration surface is upper vertical wall. Would give 1 star.
My next was A-Lign, good concept, simple, but questionable quality. One hex bolt didn’t match the tool, very tricky to keep it level with the levelling screws and still allow smooth motion. Better repeatability than the one from Woodpeckers but tricky. Returned. 2 stars.
A-Lign It had one problem with plastic washer too large to fit inside the channel but in 3 min with a file and a drill I reduced the washer diameter so it fits inside the channel. On Grizzly it works great, very repeatable, joy to use. Would give 5 stars except the washer so 4 stars.
