Bosh in a box...
The box is nice... I haven't opened it yet. LOL!
I've had a couple of the Ariston ones that are the same thing and they
have performed very well. So, I feel comfortable that this one will be
just as good... I think Bosh made the Ariston brand as well.

Rare bearing at a very low price!
It appears to be a good bearing... Only time and use will tell if it's good quality or not... you can not determine quality of a ball bearing by simply looking at it! It fit the application and was as described.

Why bother?...
I bought it for parts. I don't know if it would have worked, but imagine it would have.
Not much call for tiny IDE hard drives anymore!
