After contacting the seller they quickly sent a second cable which arrived safely and works as expected. Thank you for the good service and good product. I would definitely buy from Zyron Tech again.

However I bought this with eBay plus for the express postage as I was travelling soon. Was given a tracking number quickly but they didn't actually drop it off at the post office until two weeks later. Messaged to check up on it but no response and still no tracking update. They finally sent it after I opened a case. Item barely made it in time before I was leaving.

On receiving none of the paper work or box states it is QC4+ only QC3 compatible, I wanted to have a "future proof"charger. On contacting seller they told me it is QC4+, I suppose I will have to take their word on that or find out when I need to use QC4+ charging. Seller was quick to respond and answered all of my questions

Don t know if it was due to damage in transit or from warehouse. Contacted seller privately to let them know but no response whatsoever, hence low seller communication rating. Though, to the seller s credit, they were prompt in supplying a tax-invoice when requested.
