    I received the first one and the back right corner of the items was busted. I contacted customer service is Zoro. A very friendly nice lady help me with my problem. She immediately put in to send me a new one. Today I received my replacement no problems with it. I will recommend them and do business with them again.

    Then the shipment arrived I was surprised at the size. I ordered 1 but they sent a large box of 4. I emailed to inquire as to if I bought four by mistake. They acknowledged their shipping mistake and thanked me for my honesty. The customer service were very helpful and are sending a pre-paid return label. Arrived fully assembled The quality is better than the one it's replacing. The color, and design will fit's well with our home. The price and structure are much better than expected.

    As usual, Zoro had a competitive price and they shipped fast. Unfortunately, the part I received, while the correct part # listed in the description, did not match the part in the picture. I did some research and found out that this was not really Zoro's fault. EVERY listing on Ebay and elsewhere uses the same stock photo. Evidently, it is the stock photo used by Parker as well. Zoro issued a prompt refund. Which is why they're a great seller that gets positive feedback and 5 starts!
