This was from a personal collection that has been kept very safe over the years. We inspect every item carefully before listing it. If it got damaged during shipping, we can file a claim. Thermometer is 30+ degrees off
I teach cooking classes so I bought this thermometer for my class. I have a digital one for home use. This new one I bought is brand new in the package. Yet it's 30+ degrees off. As you can see in my photo, my digitial thermometer reads 202 degrees. The new one I just bought reads 170 degrees in the same pot of water. Don't waste your money on this.
