Then she REFUSED TO RETURN THEM! VERY UNREASONABLE DIFFICULT CUSTOMER. If a person is so large, they really should request additional measurements!

Careful placement/leaking reservoir
I made this purchase because I live in a dry climate. During winter it is frequent that sinuses dry and crack so I was looking for a solution for our home environment. I purchased these two units for our bedrooms. We set one up in the master and it seemed to help overnight sinus discomfort. I ran it for about a week only over night, having set it up on the floor by my side of the bed. After a week, I went to refill, and found a large puddle of water underneath it. Unfortunately for me, we have hardwood floors which are now wrinkled and buckled under the unit. I am very disappointed because there was no mention in the directions/boxes, etc about possible leaking and now any sinus discomfort I have avoided will become financial discomfort as I replace the wood flooring :(
