good points and bad points for this phone model.

Very clear screen and pictures. Excellent volume control, fits in pocket easier than the note three. Phone controls are more complex and more difficult to use than the note 3. Too expensive for a phone that will only be backed by Samsung for 4 years. My note 3 was excellent until Samsung chose to no longer allow updates for it.
