Flat bar road bike
1 of 1 found this helpful I tried several other shifters that stated they would work on a flat bar road bike. None of them worked! I bought these Tiagra shifters with the Tiagra rear derailleur and installed them on my road bike with 10 speed road cassette. They work great! Don't let the Tiagra component level scare you away. These shifters with the correct rear derailleur work great!

Not direct replacement for my 1971 F7
Nice cable but not a direct replacement for my 1971 F7. The formed metal end for the throttle twist grip was not the same as my original F7 cable. I was lucky because the section of my original cable from the twist grip to the plunger where it attaches to the throttle cable and oil pump cable was still in good shape. I took the assembly apart and used the new cables to the carb and the oil pump but used my original cable from twist grip. Not really a big problem but check the pictures close before buying to ensure it will work for your cycle.

Flat bar road bike
Bought these to convert a road bike from drop to flat bar. They work great. Using with 105 road calipers and the braking is spot on. Great modulation.
