Does the job well
Bought these after using a pair of IWiss crimpers that cut completely through the insulation of some 3M Scotchlok terminals. These really compressed the shrink material, but when I heated it up the deformation disappeared and the result was excellent. These would be 5 stars if they required less force to close the handles, but that is not a big deal for my occasional usage.

Solidly Built
It's a good, heavy duty stand. No elements seem poorly manufactured or cheapened to hit a price point. Perhaps they still make this as good as they used to.

Fun and functional
9 of 9 found this helpful Cable is very flexible. Guessing there is silicone insulation under the braided fabric. Delivers the rated 100 watts. Wattmeter is a little high, showing about 104% of the actual power.
