Missing pieces and arriving late.

It was not 100% complete as advertised, it was missing multiple pieces. They tried to replace the pieces missing with other pieces that were similar and 1. they did a very poor job of it, and 2. that is not 100% complete if pieces are missing. It also arrived a day later than it said it would, which did not help.
