  I did not receive the correct item. I contacted seller to return for a refund. Seller refused to send me a return label. eBay (thank you) finally intervened and issued a refund because the seller refused to comply.

I feel ashamed about this and I truly ask for your forgiveness. I did not realize that the book would be unsigned. I listed it that way by mistake. I had sourced the book from Amazon’s logistics store and did not know this issue would happen. I understand this was very wrong.
